This one is in North Peru, Pacasmayo. The owner wanted specific colours and something Instagramable, which spawned this big octopus.

This next one is on Minca, North Columbia. The owner wanted a colour scheme that suited the other paintings she has, all pastel shades. Plus she requested specifically, the local tribe, mountains, types of plants, the famous local bird, and the river that runs through.

Regarding the Samurai painting there already is a picture of a Japanese female warrior adjacent to it. The resident artist there likes his Japanese art style. The sea and sky had already been painted in, but needed reworking and finishing. It’s in a gym, so it is to insinuate strength. I talked with the owner about the idea; a silhouetted samurai overlooking a battlefield with flames in the background.

I was commissioned to do this in a hostel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. They wanted to rebrand the travelling turtle and we joked about Flat Earthers and how funny it would be to make this image. Some Flat Earthers don’t believe in Australia, and since this is an Aussie bar, leaving Australia out was part of the joke. The same hostel in Cambodia wanted a functional map with border crossing, routes and tourist hotspots.

Onward to Thailand, and in Koh Chang, they requested meditating monkeys in their private rooms. The Designs were ultimately up to me.

Also in Koh Chang, Thailand. I did this piece that was a photo by a friend who does wildlife photography. Plan to do more collaborations like this.

I’ve done a lot of pencil and charcoal drawings, here is my depiction of Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash at the dirt bar in Koh Chang - a rock bar that wanted some famous rock legends on their walls.

My very first piece in Koh Chang was this free-rein piece. I wanted something different, beautiful, colourful, and a little bit more interesting than just an image.

This is my latest mural, still in KOH CHANG, I painted it in a place called Lonely Beach Pool Resort. It took me 30 - 35 hours to complete, and the inspiration came from being on a boat with the owner fishing under water. He explained that underwater is a total predatory life of risk and death. So, depicted in the mural, I have tried to illustrate this. Notice the boat in the background! The size of the mural is 2.55 - 3m2.
